Maharashtra FDA Cracks Down on Celebrity Endorsements

Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe has said that superstar status will no longer protect Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Tiger Shroff from regulatory movement. The 3 actors have been issued display-motive notices for their appearance in a Vimal Elaichi commercial.

Advertisement Amounts to Surrogate Promotion
