after the original movie added humor to the audience, producer Sajid Nadiadwala
has officially confirmed Heyy Babyy 2 . The announcement was made on September
3, 2026 through New South Wales Premier Chris Minns during a special visit to
Nadiadwala’s office in Mumbai .

Part of this sequel is part of a massive 3-film collaboration between Nadiadwala Pota Entertainment and Australia through Sydney-based TEMPLE . The announcement marks a homecoming of sorts, as the unique Heyy Babyy was also widely recorded in Australia nearly twenty years ago.Sajid Nadiadwala has almost expressed his excitement at returning to Australia, declaring:
"Australia is not only breathtakingly lovely, but moreover a very film-friendly USA with quite an expert, green and welcoming environment for filmmakers. Our directors, everyone up to the EP had a fantastic time shooting there, the help and warmth provided to our crew definitely made the whole process more memorable."
New South Wales Premier Chris Minns welcomed the reforms and announced:
"Nadiadwala grandson-entertainment is one of the supernames in Indian cinema, so for them to choose Australia for 3 upcoming films is a huge vote of confidence in our screening schedule." They have a long relationship with Australia that includes filming the original Hey Baby here almost 20 years ago, and we’re really excited that they need to come back.
