Jeo Baby Slams National Film Awards for Honoring ‘The Kerala Story’
The Malayalam filmmaker Jeo Baby has openly criticized the National Film Awards, claiming that there is a recurring tendency to honor films that match the story of the reigning party. He exhibited the story of Kerala, accused it of distorting wrong facts and fell less than artistic standards, usually associated with award -winning cinema. Baby expressed his concern about the recognition of the film, and strengthened the former criticism of Kerala chief Pinarayi Vijayan.
