 Ranveer Singh movie Body Over Dawn Banned Through Three Exits, Farhan Akhtar Wants ₹ Forty Five Crore Damages

FWICE issued a non-cooperation order against Ranveer Singh .


     The Federation of West Indian Cinema Employees (FWICE) has launched a strong agitation against Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh following his exit from Farhan Akhtar’s highly anticipated film Dawn Three. The film company issued a collaborative misconduct order in protest against the actor for not responding to their calls to appear in person and ask to step down.

    According to FWICE general counsel Ashok Pandit, the problem here softened when Farhan Akhtar lodged a proper complaint with the federation on April 11.

Excel Entertainment Claims ₹45 Crore Damages

    After receiving the complaint, FWICE invited Farhan Akhtar of Excel Entertainment and his producing partner Ritesh Sidhwani to give their side of the problem. Ritesh attended the FWICE workplace in person, while Farhan attended the meeting remotely via Zoom from London.

    During the two-hour meeting, the makers explain the financial impact of Ranveer’s departure. "They have additionally proposed all the expenses incurred in the pre-construction, which can be calculated and audited. These include hotel bookings, field bookings and exotic location travel bookings for more than 200 employees. Everything is on paper," the Pandit is rumored to have added.

    The total pre-production charges are ₹45 crore, which Excel Entertainment has now demanded from Ranveer Singh as compensation.
